Removable Remap for CDUC / V6 3.0 TDI

The plug and play stuff has come a long way over the years. Companies like DTUK with @ABYSS who is a sponsor on here, tune these engines on a weekly, if not daily basis with great results by all accounts. Might be worth giving him a shout or indeed if he sees this im sure he will pop on and give...

Removable Remap for CDUC / V6 3.0 TDI

I believe any flash tool for ecu will potentially leave you open to the possibility of the dealers finding out that the car has had its software modified in some way, even when removed from the car prior to your visit to them. :blue:

    Tuning box/remap for 2016 s1

What do you mean by, bypass errors?

    Tuning box/remap for 2016 s1

Once removed there would be no concrete evidence to prove a box was ever on there unlike the risk of TD1 which once its there and in place it cant be removed even when software is flashed back to stock ( so ive heard )

    Tuning box/remap for 2016 s1

Tuning boxes dont throw TD1 at all as they dont alter ecu software. TD1 and checksum values police the software against port flash as i believe. Being as these systems dont connect to ecu, rather downstream and manipulate signals from those various sensors to give the gains. This said, a good...

    190PS TDI & 50mpg+

I see high 40s to low 50s from my 184 on a 15 miles A and B road commute/thrash to work which i think is pretty good. See 60+ on a long ish motorway run.

8V RS3 367PS Tuning from DTUK and DTE

Im interested to see the outcome as well Marcinj. Im under the impression no one has a solution to the new encryption on these 2015/16 VAG ECUs yet, So if this guy can do it without trace being left on the ECU ie checksum and TD1 tamper hes going to be a sought after guy. Personally if it was...

Revo don't have a map yet

I can understand if your going to go more than stage 1 that a remap is the way forward:grimacing: On the filp side of that tho, on a 32k car would you not want to retain your warranty and not run the risk of throwing a TD1 flag on your car?

Revo don't have a map yet

Thats not true at all buddy, you need to do your homework, They dont bypass the ecu at all. The intercept and manipulate signals from the sensors. The signals still go to ecu.

I dont see what peoples issues are with them to be honest. Ive ran one for 20k miles without issue on my derv car ( Octy VRs 184 ) Couple of my friends run s3 and have PnP and they are very quick

Revo don't have a map yet

Most people who have tried the flash have been kicked off around 75% of the way through loading the files so im told. So you wont 100% know unless they try to do it.
