I have the BWA, also have recurring P0441 and the judder. I replaced the fuel filter and the idle improved, but that lasted only a couple of weeks.

    K04 experts/advice needed please

I've had my K03 run 320lb-ft @ 25psi before now, they make a lot of torque but it's power they fall short on.

    Intercooler issue

Sounds like it could be moving around, or something knocking against it? something ain't right there to have 2 go the same way.

    Revo Stage 1 Dyno Graph

My 2.0 TFSI doesn't hit peak torque until 3100, and that's with the smaller turbo. A K04 will spool slower and later, more like 3500-4000.

Regarding the rough idle, I had the same issue for ages. Cured it with a new fuel filter, still have the P0441 (after 2 N80's).

    Clunk followed by power loss

P0441 is either the N80 or charcoal canister, nothing to be concerned about. But the N249 is the diverter valve solenoid IIRC

What's your mapped MAF g/s Readings

Dividing by 0.8 simply gives a reasonable estimate of power that really only applies to cars with stock MAF scaling, the estimate is uncorrected, and at the crank. Hpfp and stage 2

The 2.0 tfsi hpfp is rated to about 280lb-ft and that's not far off the limit for the clutch. If you get the hpfp then you will just a higher peak boost and get better mid range torque. After about 4.5k rpm the fuel pump will be no problem and will go on to flow over 300hp at 6500. Basically...
