    Ah thats good. The bolts came out alright on mine. Depends if the last person who put them in put grease on the threads! I got a 7mm allen key on a 3/8" inch socket drive which helps.

    Try Eurocarparts, just done my front pads and disks for about £60. I'm pretty sure that was with Pagid stuff. Its very easy to do yourself. You'll need a 7mm allen key for the caliper slider bolts, which you don't always get on a standard set and a brake re-wind tool. It took me about 15mins...

    Hi. I need a 12v feed from the headlight switch which is live when the lights are on, this is for the illumination wire on an aftermarket headunit. Does anyone have a Haynes manual or knowledge of what colour a suitable wire is?

    One thing I have done which could be something to do with it. I had a parrot Kit connect to the factory head unit. I'll pulled that all out. I need a switch live for the new HU, and found someone had put a switched live so connected into the new HU. I've got no idea where that feed is coming from.

    No its an old Alpine, I'll try connecting the pioneer I have and see if it does it. No Bluetooth in the car as far as I'm aware.

    It could be, I'll listen more carefully it does sound like its comming from the area of the insturment cluster. It could be a reminder to take the facia off. I'll experiment.
