These are smaller than regular Victorian plates (which are normally much higher and a little wider). Not sure why the dealer put the smaller versions on - I hadn't really noticed until I took these photos. Perhaps the regular ones are too high for the housing or look even weirder than the small...

Interesting - definitely on the far left for me, exactly as per the manual, except with the steering wheel on the other side. Perhaps they forgot to switch them for the Australian cars.

That's what I did in the end - I found myself constantly hitting park assist when wanting to changing styles.

The crazy 44 degree day probably helped show off the colour! The car looks totally different in the sunshine - the last ones in the shade look much darker (still stunning IMHO).

I think the buttons on the center console are worse - drive select and parking features are hard to reach over on the left where as the button blanks and the MMI screen retraction are within easy reach on the right!

It's a good question - It is definitely factory fitted as the button to activate it will be missing from your car (it is the blank button beside your park brake). I agree it would have been nice if it was available as an option here in Australia, particularly as it is so low cost in the scheme...
