Did you swap any connections while the head unit was powered up? Pioneers are well known for blowing the tiny fuses that sit on their line-out circuits. This causes a thump through the speakers when you change some settings. I had it happen on my old 77MP and had to send it out for repair.

If I'm reading that correctly, it's 262 at the wheels, and 358 at the engine... So these cars lose 100bhp to the transmission? That seems pretty high... I dread to think what mine actually puts down on the road then... Not a criticism though, it's a nice car ;)
