Tbh I no I know all of the fluids you mention here weren't changed. Is that essential or just best practice?

Had my usual garage fit the clutch, he's worked on my all of my previous cars and has a good rep. Not sure about release bearing, I'll check. Don't think the fluids were changed but I will check and get them changed.

Thanks man, I know about the judder when getting the biting point which is fine actually, it's more when depressing the pedal and disengaging the clutch rather than re-engaging the clutch ... if that makes sense...?

I've just fitted a new headlight switch which has the added bonus of headlight angle adjustment thingy. Anyone know if this needs set up in vcds as its not doing anything?

I wondered about this aswell, mine are 5 stud so I thought they were genuine but a mate told me that's not the case. Anyone got a definitive way to know for sure?

It robbed you of power? I've read loads of posts on here re cone filters and this one in particular that increase HP (albeit marginally) due to the velocity stack in thse filters? Jardo / Prawn please correct me if i'm wrong. Its the spool up noise i'm after anyway but i dont want to lose HP!

Hard to say at the moment Dave as i've just had the breather pipes replaced just under a month ago. It was p*ssing out the engine which is now sorted. Since then, i've checked it weekly and it seems ok, hasn't dropped very much if any at all.
