Hi I have an S3 and already have 25mm H&R springs but need some shocks to compliment them any recommendations was looking at bilstein shocks what do you guys think ? I am also looking at H&R anti roll bars but not sure what size to get front and rear ? And anything else I have missed cheers

I have a 2006 s3 8p bhz engine have been useing 5w30 but have now tuned it to stage 2+ 373bhp 393lbs foot so pole are suggesting 5w40 for tuned engines is this right help need cheers
