They offered to pay for another clean not by them selfs but another company but I said no as I didn't have time to find somewhere else to do it so the refunded me
I don't think I agree why should I have to inconvinence myself because they have not done there job to a certain standard any way they have given me a full £62 refund as they say they won't be able to meet my high expectations coming from audi this is a joke as there website states 'you expect...
Just a quick update also would like some advise have been going back and forth with customer service since yesterday as yet not geting much of a outcome southend audi suggested I go take the car else where to be cleaned at my own cost and time and inconvenience and they will re inbusrt the cost...
