hi there, im looking to face lift my 2004 a3 8p. can I put a face-lift on it relatively easily? either 05-08 or 08-12 if poss if so does anything else need changing or is it just as simple as the bumpers alone. thanks

Hi chaps, just ordered some pro sport coilovers, for my 2.0 tdi! Only £200 obviously not expecting miracles! Haha have any of you got experience with them? But what I wanted to ask was where's the best place to get some adjustable drop links? As ill have to fit these if I go over 40mm! Cheers C

The beep when I put the car in reverse is so annoying! Is there anyway to turn this off? Or disconnect something? Also my parking sensors don't always work! Any thoughts?

Apparantly it can be the air flow sensor aswell still gona clean the inlet!

Just spoken to another friend and he said 9 times out of 10 its the air flow sensor! because it works out the air flow and how much fuel to chuck in! Apparantly they should be changed every 50000!

Been advised to fit a temperature sensor! And to be honest all the symptoms add up to it! If it was a dodgey injector it would go into limp mode straight away! Which it hasn't... I will clean the inlet thanks for the advice! Every little helps! Haha and the turbo is just more noisey than I would...

Their to big! Would sit outside arches! Recommended offset is 45 or 50 but to get flush like already said you need 42's

Replace the temperature sensor! I have the same sort of thing on mine atm! Don't rely on vcds its just an indicator and is hardly ever right! If the injector was leaking or fault it would go into limp mode extremely quickly! You wudnt be still driving it normally! I know this because my mechanic...

Another query! When I had the cambelt done the other day they obviously had to disconnect the battery! However now the radio just comes up with the word "safe" onit! Its the Audi symphony radio! How do i get it back to working? Thanks

From cold its starts lumpy and not very good also quite abit of smoke (all colours)! But when warm it starts on the button! Its not plumes of smoke the smoke isn't a strong blue colour like a whitey bluey colour! Only smokes when turbo kicks in but if you rev up and hold at a constant rpm the...

Nope completely standard! Also on start up its lump and almost on 3 cylinders! Also black and white/blue smoke on start up, but this is the only time its black! Just read another thread about the tandem pump, about the seal breaking down and mixing fuel and oil! Could this be a posibility? Going...
