    Broken bottom plate of engine

    Hey guys, the bottom plate of my engine is cracked and spilling oil. Is it possible/adviceable to replace only the bottom plate? Or do i have to change the whole engine??.. Would really appreciate your comments. My car is a 2004 A4 1.8t quattro. :(
