Around 2500 RPM in 4th gear.
Haven't had the DPF light come up yet, I do mostly town driving but once a week I take the motorway route to work and I believe the car starts the regen process once all the right parameters are in place, i.e. exhaust temperature etc.
Edit: Also, you will know when...
Sorry a bit off topic but didn't wanted to start a new thread.
I have a 62 plate black edition (factory ordered) and I couldn't get a Flat bottomed steering wheel because it wasn't compatible with the pack below...

The one I'm using is for Android. I'm not sure about the others. It's, 'Mileage' by Evan Charlton. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evancharlton.mileage
Edit: Only thing you have to watch out for is US and UK gallons (imperial) when tweaking the units for mpg.
Also a genuine...

Yeh, if it doesn't happen all the time, most likely the dpf has been regenerating. This has happened twice for me so far. There was also a distinctive smell too iirc.
My case...
I went from driving a 1.2 petrol for 4 years to a 62 plate 170hp 2.0tdi... feels like a rocket!! Max torque from 1800 RPMs.
£105 road tax for the year.
Better mpg compared to the 1.2 as well. Lowest I've got from a tank is 395 miles and that was from rough driving and absolutely...
Black Edition. Sexy.

Rotors - Didn't like them at first but absolutely love them now. Glad I didn't opt for the older ones.
