Another 85 miles today, 60m box connected, 25ish m blank connected. I really cant feel any difference in the car beyond inital tq and pull from standing and or below ~40 mph. Still on map 2 +2. I dont know if its the car/auto gearbox (CVT)/or just me. I feel im not getting the benefit or...

After about 60 miles today and swapping the box blank in and out, map 2+2 seems the overall best in terms of comfort (turbo spooling up) Yet, the box only seems to make improvements from standstill or from speeds below 30mph otherwise the car feels exactly the same once i hit or from 40mph+...

Btw, map 2+2 is much better at slower speeds for me, needing a little bit more pedal to get the turbo spooled up. Edit, also makes the cruise control a little more comfortable (settled)

It would also be handy to know what power each map provides and like daggerit says what does the +1, +2 add to that figure??

Do all the maps provide the same power output?

From a short test after installing this morning, map 3,0 looks good economy wise (didnt change the default setting) but feels too jumpy at lower speeds, too eager for speed!!!!! WHEN/IF it stops raining! ill try map 2+2 to see if that feels more settled when slower/in slow traffic.

My car has auto dipping rear view mirror. What would it take to extend it to the wing mirrors also?

Andy, can you confirm, the documentation that comes with the box says it is pre-set for optimum for the car. It is currently set to map3+0. I havent had time to fit it yet, will have a crack on thursday and wanted to make sure i dont have to change anything beforehand.

When i picked mine up the other day, it wouldnt pair with my phone or the sales guys. He just went into the mmi and reset the phone/bluetooth and it picked up the phones right away.

I have to say, im disappointed at the new track. The facelift movies i find the best of all the bond movies But i thought they were going for title theme which doesnt include the words from the movie title, a step back to boring title tracks imo.

Well as you can see in my sig, all didn't go well at the audi garage in regards to two interested in S3's, so I bought off the forecourt an A4 avant BE and drove away the same day :) See you on the other forum
