I'm after a replacement fuel pump for my 1999 2.5 V6 TDi Quattro saloon but I'm proper struggling and second hand seems to be the only way but even that is proving difficult. What models use the same fuel pump so I can search that. Does it have to be Quattro? Etc etc. Thanks!!

Hi guys, I know I haven't been here long but I need a huge favour. My mechanic has started the cambelt job on my A4 but he doesn't have the right Locking Kit. My engine is the 2.5 V6 AFB. If anyone can help in anyway, I will be over the moon. Niall Edit: I'm based in Cullompton near Exeter.

I have a 2.5 V6 TDi and the engine is very loud, almost sounds just like a tractor. I know that's very vague but I didn't know if it's a common problem. Its not a tap tap or a knock just a loud engine!!
