Nearly bought a sytec one yesterday but read all the problems with that pump ,now this hfp one seams to be going that way.
Any other options apart from DW pump.?

Has anybody recently had a AEM WMI kit fitted to there S3 by a garage ?.my kit has the 1 gallon bottle so not using washer tank.

Mg car would not take a lot of timing and it was very hot day I think it would make the 300 mark now with the 3 inch downpipe on and WMI when fitted. Compression test was done it was fine. Had it smoked tested and dyno run April last year still made 290 4 years after install. .

I would of been tempted to take a gamble and may be wrap it ,but i have taken a gamble in the past with intercoolers and downpipes instead of trying proven and tested mods.

I have made a right mess of replacing my maf plug (1J0 973 999 A).
I can not get the wires out going to have to cut them . Does anybody now what type of spade plugs i have to get .

My mechanic did the work . But the loom was about £32.00. It may just be something as simple as the senosr in your case . but something to bare in mind before you replace the sensor just have a quick look under the car .
