Just to answer to my own post. After removing back part of the gearbox I noticed, that one of the pressure pipes was snapped. So now gearbox has to come out to be repaired. Also need to find why that pipe has snapped.

Yes, long beam works as it would when low beam is on.

I've read online that someone has used Redline MT90 75w90 GL4 for both gearbox and diff so I've bought 4l of it and only changed gearbox atm will change rear diff oil with seals as well, not sure if I need to change bearings or something more inside as the noise getting worse every time I drive it.

Is that not the front CV-Joints? He left them bolted to the hub when removed drive-shafts for ABS ring etc. I guess.

I think he could not take that ring out, that's why he welded it in place.

On their website they state that flywheel will Upgrade 228mm Clutch to S4/RS4 240mm Clutch for Audi A4 B5 1.8T. But on the email they saying it won't fit. Gotta ask them again.

Well, I did not have a time (mood :?) to play with the wires and today light did not come back anymore. So hopefully it's all ok now. :) I did not know that its common problem with these cars, as my FL 1.9TDI PD never had any issues with it. I'll be aware now for the next time. Thanks...

Thanks, gonna have a look at it tomorrow, must be a fault in cars connector or harness. I really thought is more complicated inside of a wear sensor. :)

Look inside of the connector, pin1 and pin2 on the brake pad connector do not match with car connector's pin1 and pin2. Where on the old brake pad numbers matched with car connector's numbering and everything worked perfect.
