Hi I have got a AGU engine which I am currently rebuilding but when I put it in the car (audi a3) I am going to have a "ihi vf35 turbo" but I am wondering what manifold will I need to be able to attach the turbo to the engine block.
Is there a straight swap or will I have to get one modified to...
I wanted to know what the maximum power I can run from a standard "AGU" head and using the stickies section I found an answer.
"Good info but you need to add valves to this list as the standard ones are 2 piece valves and are good for 350bhp ish before the heads break away from the steam."

Is that "b5" a exhaust manifold front a passat? Sorry but I not very good with cars just trying track bits down and then get garage to fit parts for me.
its a "beachbuggy" built K04-001 (Built from a K03s turbo, K04-022 turbine)
Other upgrades so far.
toyosport intercooler.
saab red top injectors
2.5" cat back exhaust
Vr6 clutch and flywheel
remapped currently on 230.6bhp and 296 torque.
I like to try go bit more so looking try get few more...
Sorry for not making it clear. I looking for a exhaust manifold as uprated the turbo and now thinking of going for more power and going to change front half of exhaust now.

Hi i am hoping someone will be able to help me as i trying to find a performance manifold for 1.8T AGU 1998 A3 but i cant be looking in the right places as i dont seem to be having any luck so was hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

Yes mate it is the same one. Had quick search thru ebay and have found FORD VW GALAXY SHARAN GOLF Mk3 VENTO MAF Mass Air Flow Meter Sensor 2.8L-2.9L | eBay which looks like got spec i want and fairly cheap for new part.
Now just got track down a decent 3" downpipe and work out if go sport cat...
cheers i have got a ko3s with k04 internals (a beachbuggy hybrid) but at the min its running 230.6 @ 5669 rpm and 296 ft-lbs @ 3690 at the flywheel but need to change maf, and get a 3" downpipe then get remap tweeked again to see what difference that makes to figures

Hi i was just wondering which is the best pipe to use to connect the boost gauge feed pipe too? I a bit unsure if it be better nearer the engine or along any part of the boost pipe

I no they both need changing but with just having standard fitted which one would be best to get changed first?
I had the car in the garage today to have the clutch changed and while they were doing it they found the dual mass flywheel was shot too so they changed that for me.

Ok i got confused as I thought it gave wheel figures my mistake.
I did take a bit of the old tip and cut it round where the maf fitted into it so it would fit in side the S3 tip as at the min i cant afford to get a new maf sensor and will take bit tracking down as the S3 maf runs a different...
I do need to get the clutch sorted out tho as its slipping at 3000 but its still on original clutch and its done 105,000 so didnt think would cope with it tbh
I just like to post up that i brought a Ko3s hybrid (K04-001)from "beachbuggy"
Basically it is a K03s turbo fitted with the K04 turbine wheel off the S3/TT i was told it has the potential of about 240bhp with supporting mods
