    SYMPHONY LL RADIO KEEPS GOING INTO 'SAFE' MODE

    Hi everyone, Does anyone know what is causing my radio (Symphony ll A3 2004) to keep going into 'SAFE' mode everytime I start the car. I am basically having to enter the code everytime I use the car, have never entered the code incorrectly, and yesterday had a new battery fitted as old one...
