I dont plan on keeping the car to long I tend to sell up after a year and move on to something else. I have managed to get hold of a new sachs clutch kit and dual mass fly for £260 is that any good? standard replacement.

You want the roadsport version, your engine light will come on but you can get the function switched of if you contact a garage that specialise in mapping/diagnostics ect.

yeh far one lol gona get the inlet manifold off and get all that crappy carbon out then gonna get a milltek down pipe :D and see if I get any more power gains should see a few bhp. Still on the standard clutch :P too lol

Update date on this guys :) I made a plate and blocked the exhaust gases going into the EGR and then I blocked the vacume pipe to stop the butterfly flap opening and closing. It litterly took 20 mins anyone can do it. The technician at R-tech then disabled the EGR function and got rid of the...

Best bet is to just crack on a have a go, its easy. The rear is just 1 bolts and job done, the front are a little more tricky but still easy.

Just been speaking to a friend about making a plate up to block of the egr pipe coming from the exhaust, would this cause any problems? The butterfly flap and the rest of the egr will still be working as normal just wish no exhaust fumes going through it. I cant see the point in spending £60...

Well that guys said the turbo was healthy and the engine was strong, The powers very smooth and fingers crossed will be fine. If the turbo goes then I'll just get a new one. Simple's Im not intrested in firgures waste of money paying for another rolling road. Thats not WHP by the way thats to...
