    Hi I have a squeaking (almost metallic) from the front offside wheel, only happens when i go over bumps and I do need the window open to hear it. It has just passed its MOT, after i replaced the rear lower arm on that side any ideas?

    oil leak

    hi looks like i have an oil leak on the rear of one of the heads, cam cover? looks like a large grommet. can this be prized out or is it a bigger job than that? any help guys cheers dave.

    2.8 oil leak

    hi my 2.8 seems to be collecting oil around the spark plug under the oil filler hole, it is then running down onto the exhaust manifold and smells terrible. any one know if there is a breather i can replace or sould i replace the rocker cover gasket on that side and see if that helps? thanks!

    hi i posted a question a few weeks back about fitting rs4 shockers and spring to my 2.8q avant, i now know they will fit but the front will sit a bit high as the 2.8 in lighter than the rs4 motor. any one any idea how much higher and will it be lower than my sport suspension? :confused:

    hi i am new to the forum, owned a few audis before got a 2.8 quattro avant. does any one know if b5 rs4 shockers and springs will fit my quattro? i know they are a wider track but is that just the wheel offset?
