Thanks!! Funny thing is I replaced this car with a 2009 in Monza Silver and did the door rings also, I get a lot of compliments plus the car doesn't feel left out sitting next to my 1985 UrQuattro in the garage:yum:

Thank you! My car is a 2.0T Quattro, we only could get 3.2Q's until 2009 when they added the 2.0T Q, now we can't get the 2.0TDI in a quattro which is what I really want, we only get the Fwd version the the 140 hp TDI and pay a premium for it to make things worse
Thank you! It has grown on me, I ordered the car and thought it would be closer to grey like the Avus, with the black optics grille and the anthracite wheels all the undertones really pop and it looks awesome!
It took me 4 hours with a helper with pneumatic tools but no lift, i.e. on floor stands and a jack. This was the 3 A3 I've done the swap on so it was a lot quicker then the first 2 that took more like 6-7 hours. not to mention I still had to take the car in for an alignment
check this link as the MKV Jetta and GTI use the same suspension design as our cars, I've done the rears in less then an hour and most of that time is jacking the car up and removing the wheels:icon_thumright:

From a 2009 EU spec drive sportback so my tail lites function properly, I think some were confused with my previous post, they tails are plug n play but the outers are completely red(no clear strip on the US Cars) and I installed the EU spec outers but now my brake likes blink with the blinker...
