my 1.8t has developed a ticking at idle which quitens when accelerating but are quieter. would an oil flush/change help this? or is it something more serious? its due an oil change anyway so is there a reccommended oil to use? cheers pete

i'm looking for a set of 18's probably rs4 's and it appears that there are different pcd's for the a4 iirc 5x100 for earlymodels and 5x112 for later? correct? what would be the bes offset ot go for as i also want to lower probably 40mm later so dont want any scrubbage. cheers

hi guys, my names pete and i have just brought myself a 97' a4 1.8t and overall am very pleased with it, it has auto climate control and heated full leathers which is nice. its got 122k on it but still feels really tight and everything still works. my only gripe is the turbo feels very laggy...
