Do you mean remove the actual plastic lid off the boosters? im pretty certain mine isnt a broken/kinked cable. so ill try cleaning the connections/earths up.

its not coming from the door, if you open the door, you then see the sill/step trip, its trickling from under that down inot the footwell.
