Lucky I'm not in any rush to buy so will keep looking until I find the right car at the right price.

I had a 8l s3 a few years ago and had the same trouble then. For a car that holds it's value as well as it does I'm surprised there are that many bad example out there.

Been out and about at the weekend looking at s3's for sale. looked at 3 at three different garages and all of them were dog ruff, yet advertised as excellent examples. seems like it's a car that gets badly abused? Did anyone else have similar trouble finding a good example? Thanks

Did you get vibration through the middle of the car when you pulled off with wheels on lock, I am having trouble with mine and think its to do with propshaft/diff or gearbox, any ideas guys?

I spent around £6k on my subaru making it look nice and go very fast, I sold it for £7k, so the £9.5k I paid for the car you could say I lost. I spent that on the car for my pleasure and you don't get much of the money back. Its all for the THRILL and the BUZZ.

I have a problem when pulling off in first gear on full lock, the car seems to vibrate like the wheels are catching or spinning, but I'm only pulling off slow. Any ideas guys?

In my s3 I just have a tape player and radio and i'm wanting to put a cd player in. I have found one but its a double din unit, it looks nice and would like to buy it, do you know if this can be fitted. I'm not botherd about losing the bottom cupboard. Does anyone if this can be done? Cheers Greg

Got mine done today at my local garage £260 all in.

Had Toyo Proxy T1-R on my 365bhp subaru and thought they were great. When I need to replace my tyres on my s3 I will be buying the Toyos again.

Yep custom logo ones. I found some nice ones on ebay.de but dont deliver to the uk.
