Hi,
I'm normally on the S3 8L forum and am in the proces of selling my S3 as I'm taking over a company car lease for an '09 plate A4 2.0tdi 143 exec SE with a decent list of options being B&O, 6 disc in dash, elec. rear blind, 18" Star alloys, park plus and sports front seats.
Interestingly...
Getting two new tyres on at the w/end and having a full alignment carried out by a decent firm - should I just get the standard factory alignment specifications or can any adjustments be made for a keener drive (less u/steer etc ??)
I know there are some very in the know people on here...
I had that pipe replaced outside of Audi and it cost getting on for 200, the part is expensive as there is a connector on there - if it's been advised then its worth getting done to prevent hassle and being let down at a later stage (I had to replace both pipes and the steering pump in the end...
Cheers Guys
Chatting to my mate (painter by trade) and decided on dark grey for the trim - rear, side and front. He's also doing a cpl of other bits - lock surround on rear hatch etc etc
Decided I need to do this to get interest back in the car, had it for year and half and it's either sell...
Surround at the bottom of front bumper is grey with black grille inserts - could never work out why audi did that as it does not match the front top grille....
Anthracite could work on the trims, match in with the wheels etc and blend better on the rear bumper...not sure the black would look...
Latest shot of my car with a recent colour change to the rs4's....opinions please people..
Next is to have the grey side trim, rear bumper insert and front lower grey surround sprayed black - front and sides will look excellent and match everything just not sure what the black rear bumper...

1464 per the service book
options on my 210 were
guessing stnd wheels but with elec heated full leather, bose with sym 11, centre armrest - maybe i have forgotton something?
Just looked at the front of my service book and the dry weight is down as 1464kg - thats heavy!!
Think the options over base 1375kg on my car were bose, armrest, light pack and thats it so not sure if the 1375kg i've seen quoted on several occasions is correct tbh..
Following on from another cpl of threads this looks almost to good to be true seeing as spark plugs r included in the major service for £199 incl VAT
Add to that £50 for the brake fluid and say £150 for the haldex comes to £400 all in when T&C specialist want £450 and Crawley Audi want £ 550 ...
On a very long hill entering bookham a cupra overtook me just (but bearing in mind he was behind me...), stopped at lights at he said it had been mapped - 04 or 54 if i remember correctly so that would make it 210 or 225 before the map....
