So I don't usually look at the car from underneath or from a distance so I'm not sure if this is 'normal' I suspect the techs forgot to refit some sort of cover during my last service. Can anyone have a look under their car and tell me if they have a cover in place? Thanks

The NCS in the P-Zeroes seems like more trouble than it's worth. Apparently, it reduces road noise by 9 db. What would you get instead, Eagle F1's? I'm suppose to be getting two of the tyres replaced on Sat with P-Zero's (they are the cheapest by about £50 for the set.

Do you know how far your wheel was off? 120g on mine wasn't normal it's a huge amount. The other wheels were at most 10-20g off.

OK, so in the price list it says 'passive door warning lights' on the SE model. I don't see that this gets upgraded at any point...Audi skimping on such an expensive car...

Audi Service took it to the nearest approved garage which isn't wasn't the insurance companies choice. They only approved the repair. Yep, I'm going to take it back.

No can do, it was not the insurance companies garage. It was an Audi approved garage so I'd have to deal with them directly. Excess was paid on collection.

I already paid the excess, can I still reject it?
