I bought a 2017 A5 Quattro 2.0 TDI two days ago , today I noticed message saying oil level to full please drain ! So I checked the engine and on the timing cover above the cam belt oil residue ! This is alarming , also today the engine management light has come on !

Recently has new sachs dual mass fly wheel and clutch as my fly wheel was shot and making a noise .
now my new fly wheel and clutch feel great and fly wheel is silent but I’ve got a niggle that’s annoying me , when I start the car on the crank when the engine fires up in I’m gettin a noise...
Had this remap done in January, today fly wheel started knocking in idile
been told it’s on its way out , someone said the torque comes in to string and there are to many spikes ? Car has 130k on it

Car is 2.0 TDI 130k on clock , car is now knocking in idle and the knock goes when clutch is pressed , the AA said they’re 90% sure is the fly wheel !
Do you think he’s rite ? Also how much should I be looking to pay fitted
