Update... Took it to a local indie and scanned the errors, loads came up including something about timing. Deleted the codes and went for a drive and the one that popped back up was 4069, Can sensor? Indie has said its probably not the sensor it’s probably that the timing is slightly out so has...

What was the outcome of this? Was it the crankshaft sensor? Is it easy enough to replace? I have the same issue as you described above, starts from cold with no issues but as soon as it’s up to temperature it won’t start unless I blip the throttle... Once running is fine no problems.
