I have had a rattle in the car since I got it and it’s been driving me mad but I have finally found it. It was coming from the headliner control binnacle and as I unclipped the face 2 pieces fell out (you can see them in picture) I can see where the black plastic bit should be but I cannot work...

So now I cannot connect to any of the apps such as News, weather etc . I’m sure it worked when I picked the car up. I also now understand you have to pay for the Wi-Fi connection unlike my 2020 A5 which you could use as a hotspot. Any ideas what the problem is?

Can this trim be replaced without replacing the full window? Car was delivered by dealer with scratch on the trim and detailer tried polishing out but has gone through coating☹️

I need to replace both the solenoid and the black fuel filler surround on my A6 C7 saloon. I have removed the fuel filler cover but cannot see how to get the surround off? It looks like it is fixed with 4 clips, 1 in each corner but how do you get to them? Any help gratefully...
