Engine coolant sensor replaced, code will not clear. Wiring/ECU fault?
Oh sorry John, Yes i did watch the sensor with VCDS, hard to say what is wrong but clearly it is not right, as the temperature never goes above 34 or so degrees even though engine is clearly up to temperature. Heater is hot if i turn it to hot. I will do some further testing today as i am off...- steve hanocock

Hi, Thanks for reading my post. A3 2009 BMN engine 170 tdi. Engine coolant sensor code came up on vag com, after EML light lit. Got a new Audi sensor replaced, cleared error code, code cam back. I have tested the sensor, it tests good. I would like to test the pins on the ECU, but i have no...- steve hanocock
