AFAIK - not unless you are going to catch the oil and recycle it - which I wouldn't hesitate to do if I were you and had a clean catch bucket and a vacuum pump to put it back in. The pump uses the oil (so it is bathed in it) and so if you remove the pump, much of the oil will come out with it.

Got some S3 specific floor mats, changed the Haldex fluid and cleaned the pump screen. Screen was approximately 15% "clogged" after 25k km (15k mi). Oil was nasty -- glad I changed it.
