Seems as though more people are going down the BT route....kinda got me thinking aswell but problem is I have an A3 so fwd and its on 103K miles. Is a BT kit advisable on fwds A3's and mileage like mine ? Another worrying thing is it goes through maybe a litre of oil every 1200 miles.

I almost burned my hand while removing my Alpine HU. Is it normal for the metal block at the back of the HU to get so hot? Is there a problem with the connections of the ISO block that could cause this?
