What bulb fitting are your HID's? I ordered the H7 kit after looking on a website where you choose your car and it tells you which fitting it is (because i was too lazy to look at the light!) and when i went to fit it, it turns out to be a H1 bulb for dipped beam! Doh! So ive got a H7 Bosch HID...

I dont have any pics of the kit unfortunetely, but you get more than enough things to do the full conversion (wires, connectors, bolts etc...) it fits in underneath the headlight, one bolt goes throught the hole at the bottom of the headlight and the other side of the bracket goes onto the whole...

I did it too! makes the car look so much better! I also had to cut some metal and plastic off where the wing attatches to the bumper guide to get them to fit, but was worth it in the end.... Also....for all you people having trouble with your headlights...

Well..i finally completed it on sunday, with a lot of cuts, blood, bruises and burns later! Its the most ive stuck to doing something i think! (probably because once id started taking the lights apart...there was no going back) My headlights were such a pain to split, but it was worth it all in...

Well i got them both apart last night! :icon_thumright: Second one came apart a lot easier than the first, maybe because i used more heat and left it in for longer, but melted one of the brackets at the top, but ive shaped it back into place so it should be ok! Haha..i hope! And the first...

Hey, ive been reading this thread and decided to order some facelift lights from ebay germany (branded TYC) but are exactly identical to uk ones. Ive spent the last 3 nights trying to split them with little success. Ive had the oven upto 200 degrees with them in for 10 mins, ive only managed to...

Haha! Ebay always has funny things on it! I like the way some people go on evening news showing off the brand new BMW bike they just nicked from a sinking ship, im sure the police arent that stupid they dont remember faces when BMW come round collecting them back. Im sure we'll see them on tv...

Lol! Someone made some wheels that are actually too big for a hummer! Id love to know what company agreed to make the tyres for them, or even...who fitted the tyres!? :rolleyes:
