Not sure if it’s an option for you mate, but why you don’t try speak to the dealers manager about coming to a deal on your car against another one they have in stock? Obviously I don’t know if your cars a pcp/hp or bought outright but maybe the dealer could come to some sort of compromise...

Some good advice there, I’ve just bought an 18 plate A3 s line so it’s already took the hit on depreciation. GFV is just under 11k after my 4 year term. If your set on an A3 why not look at a 18/19/69 plate that’s already lost some value. You could then also look at something with a good spec.

I feel quite bad for you, I’m guessing If your indie hadn’t been a friend you’d be taking it further by getting independent checks to find out what’s gone on. It’s shame that if Audi refuse to do anything the cost is going to be down to you, you’ve found yourself in a crappy situation
