Ok, managed to get one go on the way to Tesco! Didn't have a great start to be fair, wheels span a bit. Reckon i could just dip into the 10's for the 1/4 with warm tyres. Context for anyone who missed earlier post. Car is FL RS3, Stage 1 MRC with BMC filter and gearbox map.

It's got a BMC panel filter and the gearbox map. All done as part of the package at MRC. Do i not need to make anything custom then? It'll give me 60-130mph as part of the standard readout? Will go and do today!

Yep. Not all metrics though. Literally had one quick go. Did 3.21 secs to 60mph. 7.20 secs to 100mph, and 100-200kmh (62mph-124mph) in 7.77. Haven't done 1/4 mile yet and also think i can get that 100-200 time down. Literally only discovered custom mode last month! what other tests should i do?

That really is highly impressive then! Even more so! No, i'm MRC stage 1. 480bhp & 695nm. My car in standard form could match that 0-60mph time you did in the A45S, and get very close to the 1/4 mile time, but was about a second slower on the 100-200kmh test!

Wow! And this is completely stock? Very impressive in that case! I too used to have a pre FL A45 AMG and really liked it. I do prefer the cabin of the Merc and find my RS3 plain in comparison. I may pop out to the shops today with my Dragy and run some of the tests above and see what i get. ;)

So Racechip have got 491bhp out the A45s with just a map! However, they only got 540nm of torque (This is compared to the 694 nm i have in my FL Stage 1 RS3) They even tested it 100-200kmh. It did 9.16 secs. For comparison, i can do an easy 7.77 in my RS3. How does this compare to others...

Nope. No offer of different tunes. Just an option DSG map, which i took. Really improves the gear changes. they're completely normal in comfort, but in manual at high revs, they're super aggressive and very fast. On par speed wise with the Porsche PDK box in my Macan S! Mine is putting out...

I had my 2017 RS3 taken to stage 1 at MRC a few weeks back. Went to 695nm... Does this sound too high then? Standard it was 455nm... so +240nm! Does an easy 3.2 secs to 60mph, and 7.2 secs to 100mph on Dragy (first and only attempt). And 7.6 secs 100-200kph. Regarding the comments about it...

Yes, this drives me insane. I can;t use the car with the TC on now. I just turn it off as soon as i want to give it some... (when i say turn it off, i mean one press so it's less restrictive).

But that's my point... If they've got knives, they've got a different intent. They aren't going to sneak around to steal your keys and then realise it won't start and decide to come back into your house and then get their knives out? Just wouldn't happen! I really don't and can't agree with this view..... Yep. Got a Ghost on mine. Complete peace of mind! I also put a stoplock on it when it's in the driveway, just as an extra visual deterrent!
