Mine stopped working the other day. Took it off and stripped it found it full of rust . Cleaned it up & AC90'd it. Sound ad a pound now . Whilst looking for a spare found 1 at "carpartsonline" for £7.94 , if anyone needs

Tried removing the front screw but solid. Been there 21 yrs and refusing to budge . Not that it's needed to come out now.

Better? Should be moulded into trim.

Separated brass nut/ferrule that had pulled out of trim ; used Araldite clear to fix back into trim , left for over an hour to fully set, replaced screw but repair instantly pulled out so drilled 4 1/2 mm right thru' trim and used 4mm countersink screw from outside [csk trim to suit] & niloc...

Hi MPH , I see the screws & washers , what I think I am looking for is the brass nut /ferrule left on my end screw which is probably part of the moulding that goes in that at either end . Mod or bodge needed. Cheers for the reply .

Recently bought some new clips to re-attach a flapping lower door trim but T-Bolt head looks too close to end of trim for clip to slide into place to match up . Anybody had this experience.
