The water pump is the smalles toothed pulley directly above the crankshaft pulley...the one the timing belt turns.
The coolant is most likely coming from there.

Are you sure it's an S-line? It's not uncommon for people to badge them, then pass them off as such.
I suspect there should be other indicators as well, such as door blades, the internal door sills usually have some sort of S-line branding, different bumpers, etc. Wheels are easily changed so...
According to a friend who has an Indy Audi repair shop, it's not uncommon for the bushings of the front sway bar end links to break free, so they will actually spin while turning, causing a creaking sound when turning.
