It’s had a new balance shaft and drive pin on the oil pump. As well as a new turbo. I would say the bolt they found in the sump looks like a torxs bolt and I’d say a 6mm. It was snapped so couldn’t tell you the length. The garage have got the car back on Monday to diagnose the problem.

How easy is it remove the headlight lense cover? Is it clipped on or lots of glue? Thinking I may try stripping it down and fixing the inside see if it clips back in.

I’m looking to upgrade the sidelight bulbs on the Audi for LED’s and I keep coming across DRL bulbs for the B7. I didn’t think they had DRL? I know mine certainly doesn’t unless I’m missing something? Also what bulb figment is the sidelight bulb?

When I say jack up the car I mean does the wheel need to be completely off the ground or is it better to have it sat on the deck?

Will I need to jack up the car to do it? And what would I need as in spanner size? I’ll have a crack at it next weekend.
