Yer when i first rotated them i swapped them back around and it was fine, but now these are brand new tyres so it shouldn't be making this level of noise. I have looked into this and don't think it would apply to brand new tyres and generally happens only on dead axles.

I do have heated seats yes. So G is the latest revision? Are the differences significant between the revisions? So i will need to sand the side and then swap the backs over and then run Adaptation and adjust the heated seats in VCDS correct?

Thank you, my thoughts exactly, i was concerned about the handling/braking etc. If the noise doesn't die down after alignment on Saturday i might just swap them back and change the fronts.
