Not sure if this will help, but heres a video from my car, which actually broke down again yesterday! (2nd time like this) [emoji51][emoji85] shows some error messages if you need it
There’s definitely a problem, my car throws all sorts of warnings up on an almost daily basis and has been to Hull Audi 4 times now and recovered by Audi Breakdown once.
Lex won’t let me reject the car either; my complaint has ended up going to the Financial Ombudsman to try and get some help...
Admitting mine was trailer delivered, so it came with only 8 miles on the clock (I was very surprised!).
I’m kinda out of love with the car, it’s been in the time when it broke down but that’s it. The issue I’ve left with Lex as I can’t be bothered going back and forth with the dealer, Lex and...
You must have got the similar deal to me, my car is exactly the same through Lease4Less too.
I originally reported my issues to L4L and they fobbed me off and said to go to the local dealer! I wasn’t impressed.
I’m assuming your vehicle is going to be from Newbury Audi too by that chance?
It does seem like they don’t really know what’s going on with the newer A3; I was quite disappointed in the build quality of the car too. Electrics and everything I can sorta see if it was all new... but the MMI and Pre Sense tech is the same as in the new A1 and Q3 that’s been out for a couple...
I would hand the car back if it was me, in fact i'm trying to as we speak - i've already contacted Lex Autolease so it might take a bit of time to get mine sorted, where as it may be a bit more straight forward for you as you are in touch with your originating dealer.
I find it odd that your...
Thank you for this info, I’ve only ever rejected one car before and that was a Fiesta but that was handled solely by the originating dealer - I’ve let Audi UK know about the issue via Twitter however I think I’ll be giving them a call today to see what I can do.
Tbf this is my port of call now the car is still faulty... probably going to have a challenge with it though as you’re required to take it to the original dealer.
The vehicle was from Lease4Less/Lex Autolease provided by Newbury Audi... I live in Hull, 240 miles away. Hopefully I can argue my...
I get this, my previous Audis have had some minor faults that I could deal with but I kinda don’t wanna have to do this.
After my car was recovered by Audi Breakdown it turns out there is a fault with the Hybrid Control Module, the 3 phase alternator for the Hybrid system and a battery fault...
Hey Jay, I commented on your YouTube video when you first got your car as I had just ordered mine!
Unfortunately, my car broke down last night... 3 and a half months old with a Red electrical fault message, Drive system warning to contact service and a Start System warning to contact service...
Whehey, congrats on your new car order!
Dealer should be able to give you the order code to view its status, providing it’s not already on someone’s yourAudi.
I’m waiting for my leasing company to get back to me with my code to track my new car being built! Haven’t got anywhere near as many...
Certainly is the new model - if it was 24 months, I’d be down for that. I’ve only got 5 months left with my A3.

Where are you speccing up the new vehicle?
Can't wait to get one of these, my current A3 lease is up in October and i'm going to have to see what my dealer can do - I will say though, those vents are a little on the odd side.
Unfortunately, the terms I signed, didn’t particularly say much about early termination or even transferring the lease - which is partially annoying!
I feel a bit silly asking and realising that I was looking at the Audi Finance website instead of the VWFS website - which details it as shown...
Evening all,
Has anyone had any experience with transferring a lease from VWFS?
I'm thinking of seeing if anyone would like to take over my lease in my family, however called VWFS today didn't give me much info - all they said was "it has to be agreed by VWFS" and when asking for clarification...
You're probably just adjusting to driving a Diesel engined vehicle, as the clutch and bite will be different.
A Diesel doesnt have to be revved as hard to move somewhere - however it all depends on your exsisting driving style.
Try putting your foot down on the accelarator first, and then...
