they have prob missed some lesser known maps and failed to understand their functions.
a stock capa can do 105iq at 1800bar no problem with these maps adjusted.
i had the same issue on mine until i started testing them , and found good results ....
now i can inject 130iq at 1900bar on any cp3...

ive noticed that yes.... are they not on a keyed taper fit still though? so i could swop over ? and ideas on bigger pumps if not. obvs not got the car yet so i cant inspect as yet only going from diagrams
There's only 2 bitdi engines the 313hp and the new 320hp with an electronic supercharger too. As for the rs6 box I'll do some research and get back to you. But again it's not power rated it's torque rated on all transmission components
every box stated for the bitdi is the zf8-55. even found it on a part number website .. shocking... although i have heard this box is strong so... hence why they used it and not the S tronic
if you take a look at the list i put its quite alot.
plus i dont think youd be able to map in the extra sensors and bypasses. due to loom and ecu issues
edc17 to a crs3.3
Turbo has 4 bypasses 3 controlled just for the turbo. which is 1749 vnt with a 3067 wastegated.
more over there has...
after doing some more searching i have found on the german ebay that the gbox is a zf8-55 which is rated to 550nm..... i find this very hard to belive since the engine has 650nm stock ?!?!?!?! why would you put a box in a car that has a lower rating than your engine produces from the factory...
the bitdi is simply an amazing feat of engineering. the 8 speed tiptronic box is also an amazing bit of kit 1000nm rated 8 speed planetary geared box extremely strong and fuel efficient. the reason it is used in the bitdi rather than the stronic is simply the stronic cant take the torque

doesnt seem much action on the a6/a7 forums but ive posted on there to save the admins a job of moving it but heres a link if you wanna keep informed.
might even be better on here as its...
been hankering after an a7 bitdi for a while now, having taken my a4 to 400hp its about done unless i want to spend alot more money and lose drivability not only that shes 8 years old so its time to move on.
Behold the Bitdi engine.
spec sheet...
i make the stuff and its all the same bar the premiums which have additives put in post refinery... so as said above just use the cheapest normal fuel if you dont use the premiums as its all drawn from the same tank i see it every day
It was an r70 cp1 for a R80 cp1H .. I just changed the electronic component over and had no issues
Obvs if I go cp3 on the capa from a cp1H this is more of a head ache I have checked the they are both 2 pin but looking into them they have an internal return line ontop of the normal fuel...
I just did mine the other day . It was all seized on that was the hardest part getting the hub off . Bearing that excuse the pun it was a relatively straight job
How would you map a hpfp in ?
Surely your fuel tables are all the same ?
Sorry if im being stupid , on my cr 1.9s I just slapped an R80 on no issue I know these are a different animal.
From logs the return valve I did notice didn't move , I would of expected this to be fully shut if my rail...
