yes it has a great service history but car was bought a long way from where I live now. I'm going to contact my garage and ask them to reset it. I'm surprised it let ME do it. Thanks for replying though

Hi People, I've been 'tinkering' around with the information centre on my A3 Sportback 2010.I've now got 'service due' light coming on at ignition and the spanner staying on.The car is not due and was fine till I started to mess about, I've tried the 'pull the toggle switch etc' but no joy Help...
