The fixed prices after 3 years is them proving that their prices are a con. They know that folk with cars that are new will be turned aver after 2 or 3 years, so people need to keep the full service record going. Over 3 years old they have to fight for business.

OK, think I will go down the route of getting my own oil but paying their crazy price for the work. Is it worth getting the filter too? What oil, how much of it, and where is best to get it?? Should I tell the Stealer what Im up to, or just book it in and then hand over the stuff?? Cheers...
