I’m sitting at 21.3 average over past 5000 miles since new. Been getting some low figures of late stuck in traffic etc 13’s but that’s more to do with the cold weather up here just now.
My seats have a few small creases in the drivers right hand side bolster but to be expected. The lighter leather does a great job at hiding this tho.
I have always used this Dr Leather Block on my seats...
Well that was an expensive mistake all in..... :rage:
Now back to standard with a nice tidy weld at the rear join and all cleaned up and back as it should be
Hi, what did they use to clamp the pipe at the cut end where connects to exhaust, as it’s wider here than at the front where it’s clamped as standard? 2.75” at rear instead of 2.55” at front.
Right..... decided on way home from work tonight that it’s coming off tomorrow if possible.:bye:
Yes the volume of the pops and bangs are awesome and it’s how it should have been from the factory but the overall volume inside the cabin is awful and I’ve had cars with full systems before!! Maybe...
Makes it even worse if they actually have them available through parts in 19”. The BE should have had them as standard.
The offset on the standard wheels makes the small wheels look completely lost in the arches imo and always annoyed me in my PFL, so that’s why I used the spacers then...
Agree that’s the route I’m thinking will go down when they come off for the winter.
Some would say easier to just buy a set of PFL Rs3 rotors but to me I prefer the shape and concave of the older rotors. That said....today I had a great compliment on them as they are in silver from a random in a...
Since I lost my connect after the first 3 months......Just got mine updated for 12 months foc.
Simple few minutes on Audi live chat. Will also text me when confirmed from Audi connect licensing team. Wouldn’t do 18 or 24 months but better than nothing.
Get ye’ I’ve always been about the oem look on all my cars. Just spotted them when searching coatings and didn’t even know you could get a carbon laminate on alloys.
Silvers staying for now.
Nice work....That’s what my old amplified TT wheels looked like with polished rim and Matt black spokes. Still really like the silver tho!
Will take them off before the snow comes, so will have to decide then about colour.
Will give it a week or so. :tearsofjoy:
Now starting to think that as it has had a leak already that it still has another.... ***! How is it different to the clamps audi used to join them from factory!?
Agree, the 19” angular rs3 rotors would be more current but they lack any definition imo and are bland flat faced.
I just can’t get on with the BE wheels it came with, Audi really missed a trick on this aspect as I don’t like any of the offerings in both 18” and 19” so deffo wasn’t paying for...
It’s not so much the drone, albeit it is there; but the overall noise that’s the problem. It’s unrefined in my opinion. Feel it’s money down the drain and will likely just pay again to revert back to stock then go order an RS3. Haha
