I need to access the Bluetooth module under the driver side carpet. Took the seat out and pulled the side sill off but really struggled to lift the carpet to get enough room to see properly or work. Doesnt help that there are 4 or 6 catches to undo on the box that houses the Bluetooth module...

Thanks. Is this a service you offer Craig? I'm slowly souring on the RNS-E, is the mark 2 much better than the first BTW?

Oh and what's the part number? If Bluetooth is faulty would that stop my RNS-E from powering down fully? ie the fan on the back never switches off even with the vehicle locked
