Sounds like a rip off to me, pretty sure the pumps are only around £200. Get it to an independent to clean the filter and carry out basic settings on the pump after. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

IIRC the new 77mm hex keys are solid, so for your needs id just replace it with one of those as a temporary measure. That's what I did before installing the new kit (100mm). I doubt the 100mm would fit straight into the original.

I didn't until the other month when I got a map. Think the fuse pulling etc was the older generation stuff.

I'm sure it kicks it out of dyno mode once it detects the rear wheels are moving?

Doubtful it’s the tyres, although I’d suggest getting some decent ones on there anyway. It’s most likely the haldex system, usually the haldex pump that gets clogged up and stops working. It is a serviceable item but Audi only change the oil which doesn’t prevent it from clogging up. An...
