I decided mrc as lots of s3/golf r owners have been done ther and doug knows his stuff. I also follow them on facebook and see ther dyno run printouts pop up on ther alot. They are only 1h30 from me also. Thers lots of places you can go for a cheap remap which might be fine i couldnt comment on...

Thanks! The grill is from usa so it comes without the plate holder. But its just a black optics grill so it came this colour from the factory. Im guessing your car didnt come with the black optics pack? And the splitter is from maxton designs

Seems like u have to change the com port to 3....hope this helps but its the only screenshots i had from when i had the problem

I had the same issue when i had a jb1, i had to change something in the laptops settings before it would work but i was speaking to george on facebook at the time and he talked me through it, think i sent him a few pics and he guided me through it all

Anyone here with an s3 8v had a play with casters and cambers? Mines in for a geometry check on the 2nd of december, wondered if anyone had a setup for me to try....

Got the s3 booked in for 4 wheel alinment and caster and camber check on the 2nd of december.....anyone got any fast road setups that they use on ther s3's?

Yea stock body, i had 16mm spacers on before the 12mm which was wot i neeed for my old wheels, that gave these wheels way to much poke

Got some new shoes couple of weeks back, cleaned the car this week.... VMR V801 titanium black shadow 19x8.5 et45 235/35/19 with 12mm spacers all round.
