hi all, I have just purchased a stand alone roof mounted DVD player for the avant. Anybody got any pics of installs they have done themselves or advise? I am going to get an installer I think, so much easier....

On the window cable front, mine went on passenger side. Ebay is best bet, 25 quid for a new regulator per side.

Finally I have cold air!!! Really cold air...3 different parts later, got the right one from a tps.... Genuine part.

Yes I was given the square ish 4 prong one! Got One from gsf parts picking it up tomorrow...it's looks slightly different in shape, but I suppose as long as the thread is all the same and the connector, it shouldn't matter....I spoke to Audi and they said the the first part number on your list...

Everything went perfect....except inhave got the wrong pressure switch, even though it was the one listed for my car... Can anybody tell me where to get one from? I have found this one on gsf parts, i can pick one up tomorrow. looks like same connection for the wires, but slightly different...

hi all, I have just bought a new air con pressure switch, opened the bonnet today and saw its slightly under the drivers headlight. Read up on how to take out headlight( without bumper removal) and I think I have got that. I know there are 2 torx no.30 and 1 hidden down the long hole, also...

Looks like I have a problem....econ not going off at all, just not letting me... Did a search on Google and it seems it's a common problem...either a re gas or a pressure switch I think it said? Do you think I should re gas or check it first? It's a 2003 with 121k on the clock....

Silly question, but with my new a6 avant, how do I turn on air con? I have 3 buttons, which says econ, then a with a narrow and then auto... Do I just turn the heat settings to lo and then it automatically turns on? I read somewhere that if you turn the econ button on, it stops ac working...

It's all sorted...it was definately a slide mechanism, just hadn't been changed for a while, needed a good pull...
