I have the BWA, also have recurring P0441 and the judder. I replaced the fuel filter and the idle improved, but that lasted only a couple of weeks.
I've had my K03 run 320lb-ft @ 25psi before now, they make a lot of torque but it's power they fall short on.
Sounds like it could be moving around, or something knocking against it? something ain't right there to have 2 go the same way.
My 2.0 TFSI doesn't hit peak torque until 3100, and that's with the smaller turbo. A K04 will spool slower and later, more like 3500-4000.
you could run a k04 on a mild tune no problem with 2.0 tfsi hardware, even the fuel pump would be OK if running less than 280lb-ft
Regarding the rough idle, I had the same issue for ages. Cured it with a new fuel filter, still have the P0441 (after 2 N80's).
P0441 is either the N80 or charcoal canister, nothing to be concerned about. But the N249 is the diverter valve solenoid IIRC
Dividing by 0.8 simply gives a reasonable estimate of power that really only applies to cars with stock MAF scaling, the estimate is uncorrected,...
Ah, so not pressurised anyway then
Sorry problem uploading picture
Airtight guys, can anyone tell me what this is/does? it's unplugged in the picture, the o ring inside is perished and it doesn't sit well when...
Also consider BKR7EIX if you want colder Iridium plugs.
I couldn't buy the pro version, when i click on it, i get a message saying that i appear to be offline. Tried on wifi and mobile data with no success.
i definitely noticed some connection issues, but still worth the hassle
Saw your post and gave it a go, set both doors to unlock on 1 press for free!. That's been annoying me for years. Well worth the money for the...
In that case get the hpfp, and max out the K03 until you can be bothered to source the K04.
The 2.0 tfsi hpfp is rated to about 280lb-ft and that's not far off the limit for the clutch. If you get the hpfp then you will just a higher peak...
The K03-053 in the 2.0 TFSI was referred to as the K03S in the 8L's
I'm based in Coventry and have an SRS map, it's smooth but quite mild compared to the more popular maps.
just use the solenoid from the old valve with the gfb dv+
