My Audi s3 Black Edition. 2009. £8995. 104k.
I could be interested in a drivers side. My heated seat stopped working, and everything so far points to element in the seat gone. I’m the other side of Newbury, so collection is not a problem should you want to split the pair up.
Thanks, will have good read. Found a Dutch VAG site. The translation pointed towards heating element, the seat temp control dial, or the seat element. May have to get some electrical readings on those points. Or get a hot water bottle.
Hey Ch1. It was not genuine. I did however plug my carista app in this morning and i got the same code. The passenger side works, so that discounts fuses, i believe they run off the same fuse. Ive also check connections in the floor by the driver seat, unplugging and plugging them back in...
Ran a scan and it came up with this code, 01854. Followed the link from VCDS to the Ross tech website
Has anybody had a similar issue? All my research points to faulty wiring, and worst case scenario the...
Sorry missed your question. I bought the kit for about £180 genuine Audi from a lad called Mike who works off Facebook. Can give you the link if needed. Labour came to about £300. I also had some split pipes that need changing near where this job took place. This is a major job by the way. But...
The quality of the leather is good. However I had trouble making them fit true. It took an age to get the triangles out, and getting to all the fixings was hard. You have to get the ash tray out, gear stick gaitor up, and also the air on control unit out.
When the pads are fitted I had problems...
Again my patience took the best of me. Not the best mod I have done. It was also hard work getting the knee bars out to cover. The ones I purchased off eBay, £30 were of good quality leather. I’m just not patient enpugh to glue them in place. I also rushed putting them back in.
Ive put leather on my knee pads. I’ve also tried to wrap the grey part on my rear and front diffuser. I’m not very patient, so this did not go well. More wrap ordered and will give another try next week, with the parts off.
