    Get a manual and fit an uprated clutch, even if you aren't modding ! I got a Sachs paddle clutch and flywheel and it handles a stage 2 map without any issues.     What do I need to know before getting a downpipe fitted?

    I've just fitted a scorpion decat on my pfl and I'm getting no warning lights. If you're doing it yourself you'll need a second pair of hands as getting the standard cat out is a little tricky. Oh and a ramp ! Gets a bit loud if you've got no resonator fitted.

    The original pressure plate and slave cylinder too ? I was told they were incompatible.

    I sometimes get a little kind of rattle from mine sometimes when pulling away ? I thought it may have been because of the restrictor. Did you use the full Sachs kit or just the clutch ?

    Ah ok, well I've put it all back together after a good clean and regressed of the spline and it feels better now and is slightly quieter so hopefully that'll do the job ! Thanks

    Any idea on this ? The new slave is approx 3mm smaller than the original ? There's a plastic bit on it which isn't on the new Sachs part.

    Greased the spline and the slave is a new Sachs unit, all bought as a kit so hopefully it's all compatible. Thank you for your input
